id use another day for legs and combine bench and back.
oh yeah, i forgot to put traps with shoulders..my bad. But I do deadlifts which hits my traps, would i need to target them more? I do abs usually once a week after arms or shoulders no set day
if you wouldn't do it then what would you do? any suggestions?
I see, i'll try to target my traps more directly now. As far as my 5 day split, what can i change around to make it better?

Back/bis
Off
Legs
shoulders/traps
off
would it be a problem if I did deadlifts on back days and I still did traps on shoulder day?
Sorry about all the questions but...When I do chest/tris and back/bis should i superset between each excercise, for example one set of bench one set of tris? Or would it make no difference If i just finished chest and did 3-4 exercises of tris in a row?
