Burning fat
when doing low intensity training like walking what should my maximum heart rate be between. i.e 65-70% / 70-75 ?
thanks guys ( i know its not a steroid related question, just needed your help)

i always keep it between 60% and 70% depending on how I am feeling.

^^^same here do at least 30 minutes too ED, HR should be around 125-130bpm, keep it pretty low intense

i normally do 45 minutes on an empty stomach 3 times a week.
is that too much, what would you recommend as i dont want to lose the muscle mass just burn the fat.

That does not sound to bad just keep an eye on you bf it should be going down...If you bf is not going down and you are lossing weight then something is wrong..

i have been doing the low intensity cardio with my heart rate around 130..man it doesnt feel like im doing anything!! lol does this really make u burn fat?

220-age = MHR (maximum heart rate)
MHR X .6 = 60% MHR
MHR X .7 = 70% MHR
Stay between 60%-70%MHR for fat burning. Get some BCAA powder to take 30 min b4 morning cardio.
