I'd say 4-5 sets of low reps
is it good to do to pyramid setting . ? . . i do like 10,8,6,4,2 ..for bench and squat .
Yea that would be fine. Switch it up after a month or two months to something different.
For example: do your pyramid setting for several weeks, then maybe do a 3 x 5 or 5 x 5 setting depending on your warmups. If you just seem to be getting stuck on your bench press and feel like you can't get any stronger, take a month or two off from regular bench and try this http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=372974
I second that. 5x5 or 3x3 with 3-5min rest in between sets is brutal and effective.
