Hit
Can someone explain to me how to do HIT and why? I googled it and now my mind is polluted with unwanted information. I like the sling shot training stuff just looking at different options.

Have you watch Dorian Yates Blood n Guts. Do a search on here, the videos around. Its the training I use and love it. I dont use the rest-pause just straight sets and drop set. Its a great way to train and my transformation shows...

Alright, where can I buy the Dorian Yates video?
I was looking into the hypertrophy routine is this good?
It says to hit failure on every set? Good? Bad?

Hey RangersLTW, Sorry this took so long.
The basics of HIT are simple that the program uses enough weight with strict adherence to form in-order to illicit the muscles to grow. This is simple another method among other methods out there to achieve this goal. So does HIT work, yeah it works. The thing you need to ask yourself about doing HIT really is that can you adhere to the intensity and can you perform every rep with strict form. This is important because it is a major principle in doing this program. You have probably read and watched all kinds of videos on the specifics by now so I wont beat you over the head with specifics. I Will say that you must listen to your body because it is a somewhat advanced training system and you have to gradually progress in you training. Again strict adherence to form is a must with any exercise that you perform to the point of complete fatigue.
If I did not answer your question as you like, let me know...
