How long after a meal should one wait before a workout?
It would be a waste of time to start too early and not use your stores of fat or carbs and only use what you've just eaten. Any thoughts, theories?

I always wait an hour as a rule. That way my blood isnt in my stomach doing work when it could be in my muscles instead. JMO
If the meal is light, I'll workout 15 minutes later and get a great pump. But, usually I wait an hour. If it is just cardio I wait much longer.
