Hey guys i just join today and i been reading and i see all the member help everybody and i was hoping maybe you can help me out...
i and 5'10 200lb alot i look kinda bilt and thin but my belly is horrible... came back from college and just joined the gym...
i am looking a work out program that can get me in shage and have alot of definition...im new to this so hopefully you guys can guide me through the right direction...
