I know you're trying to be serious, but I just laughed half of my buttocks off so I'd like to know now too lol.
I too suffer from back crack syndrome (BCS). It took me awhile to admit it, but I'm in a group for it now and it's helping alot.
To answer your question though, what's helped me are Squats, Lunges, and Box Step ups.
How low are you going on your squats?
till my kness are 90 degrees
Squats should help. Try squeezing and contracting your glutes as you come up, in a "non-gay" way of course.

I thought glutes only really start to kick in when you squatted past 90 degrees. In other words as Tom Platz would do it arse to heel.

Just remember... all those exercises will work the buttocks, but you are who you are... it will tighten up and put some muscle on you, but don't expect to have some miraculous backside. good luck, and be real.![]()

I love when women get on all the glute machines. God it's hard not to stare sometimes. It's also hard not to laugh when you see a dude on em lol "i'm not gay FORREAL!!"

Squats and lunges for sure. I wouldn't mind losing a little of mine but it is what it is.
