i was doing
mon-biceps/chest
teusday-triceps/back
wednesday-cardio-abs
thursday-legs/lowerback
friday-Traps,Delts
Saturday- Cardio
Sunday-Cardio
now question would it be wise to switch teusday and thursdays workout routine since my biceps are sore and triceps are somewhat sore from chest, or should i continue this routine. or switch friday with 2days instead?? so that way i technically workout triceps and biceps twice in the week???
