What is the general rule of thumb for someone who wants to bulk?
e.g. 150kg 12 reps, 160kg 10 reps, 170kg 8 reps
I know there's alot more involved, but is this a general guide?

Anywhere in that rep range will be suffecient, diet has way more to do with bulking than anything else.
Just eat plenty and train hard and intense.
