For any fitness runners out there what's the best way to run in the morning?
I aim to put on weight and try to avoid losing it, so in the morning should i have a bowl of cereal before i go out or is there a reason why people go running in the morning on a empty stomach apart from fat loss?

take a protein shake and glutamine prior to your run if fat loss is your goal.. if its just fitness have some oats and protein before your run and youl last alot longer
