    Flexing, does it help

Does flexing help with anything, definition, size, anything?

I dont hardly ever flex, maybe 30 seconds doing my bicepts or something but other than that not really.

Arnold stated somewhere that flexing in the mirror and imagining your muscles growing bigger and bigger can actually help you out a lot. Not physically but mentally.

Flexing will give you control over your muscles. I highly recommend it. If you're a bodybuilder, whether or not you compete, you should know how to flex, control, and show off each muscle.

How do you learn to flex each muscle? I only know how two of them. My bicep and my.. ....umm... you know LOL

I wouldn't mind learning the flexes if it helps you gain muscle control
