need help with legs
need some advice haveing a hell of a time gettin any mass on my legs

Train them long and hard! Hammer those babys there a big muscles and need some battering! My routine is 10 10 8 8 on everything,
Squats (back - and holding the bar to your front) so 8 excercises all in all
Quad machine
Hamstring machine
Deadlifts
And literally i cant walk afterwards, for 3 days. jump on a leg press an do calf raises to!
I cant tell you what weight as youll knwo what your comfortable with but you want those legs to burn! An i mean really burn so you cant go no more

swolecat had some great post on here years ago for legs.
I never liked that guy, but man it worked great for me.
you can search for it. I forge it now, I have on my comp. somewhere.

Squats (8X3)- 1 set of warm up b4.
Close feet leg press (approx. 6 inches apart) (10X3)
Hamstring curls (12X3)
Leg extensions (12X3)
-super set with-
Seated calf raises (15X3)
Standing calf raise (12X4)
Take a deep breath....smile...and drink some protein.
Thats what I do and I can barely walk out of the gym without looking like i Just got f*cked up the ass two times over

For big legs, you need to focus on your squat. The other exercises are secondary and will only further tax your legs, but won't put much more size on them.
Remember, SQUAT for big legs, AND big arms. I've worked my way up to 360lb deep squats for reps in a short amount of time, and my legs are blowing up week by week. I only do 2 highly intense working sets for squats and I'm toast.

oh man leg day coming tomorrow. Squats are such a b!tch, but you gotta do em, make sure you focus eveything you got on your squats and leg press and lunges. These are where all the moneys at.

I really hate leg exercise coz after my workout I can't literally walk.

i like to kick the shit out of them with squats or front squats, leg press or lunges and sldl or goodmornings. and just to make sure i hit up some leg ext and leg curls. then i crawl to my car
