I have heard that wrapping your knees during squats, leg press, etc... can hinder muscle growth in the thighs and hamstrings.
Anyone have any real experience one way or the other?

Never heard that before and I know big dudes that wrap em
I use them when I go heavier....I don't notice any hindered muscle growth....keeps my legs tight and controlled
