what u think about this workout that i thought of
Monday. triceps-pulldowns,overheadpulls,dips
Back
Tuesday
Shoulders beach bumbell squeeze
Biceps- curls bumbell, bicep machine
Wednesday
Legs
Abbs
Thursday
chest bench incline decline reg
