    New 5 day routine w/ exercises

    Just about to switch over from a 5x5 three day a week push pull split. How is this for a five day 10x8x6 routine? Should I change it to 10x8x8x6 etc? Any exercises I should add or exchange?

    M Back and forearms
    Wide grip (rocky) lat pull down or bent over rows
    Straight leg deadlift
    Shrugs
    Wrist curls
    Reverse wrist curls

    T Chest
    Bench
    Incline Bench
    Flyes

    W Legs and abs
    Squat
    Lunges
    Ab work

    T Shoulders
    Military press
    Bent Over Lat Raises
    Upright Rows

    F Bi’s & Tri’s
    Hammer Curls
    Narrow Grip Ez curl
    Close Grip bench press
    Incline/Skull crushers/Overhead press

    Saturday and Sunday
    Snowboarding/ various other cardio/ work
