    Need help with Legs.....

    Well guys im on cycle and my legs just wont grow...
    arms grow like crazy... but legs..., i got little chicken legs....

    what do i do to help this out ??? I do squats (so please dont just write "Squats")

    can yall post what has helped your legs grow the most ??

    I take days and do 10 X 10 's and even 20 X 20's killer workouts

    Haha... I have the exact opposite issue arms wont budge and legs are almost too big...

    But they were not always...

    When I started working my legs I had a much more advanced workout partner then I.

    We met once a week to do 100 working reps of squats... No extentions no lunges (though these came after I built some size) the high volume worked in my case to really get them up big quick.

    Im talking about taking your 10 rep max on squat and doing 10 sets with spotter no matter what until your done. If you absolutly cannot finish the set then you drop weight just enough until you max at 10...

    This should take a good hour with a partner, then get your protien and carbs, you'll build...

    I like moderate weight/ high rep squts. Like 275 x 24 or 225 x 30. I throw this in every couple workouts. I always start with a squat movement (I do fronts also) and go from there. I usually do about 18 total sets for legs. Calves are done on a seperate day. Like someone else said, my legs ae sick but my arms could use some work. No matter what they always just seem to be a little bit behind the rest of my physique.
