cold winter
does cold winter help us loose wieght or gain weight?

I believe the body uses slightly more energy to keep body temperature up (if it's needed), so weight would go down- but the thing is most people aren't nearly as active in the winter as they are in warm weather, so gaining weight is easier... my two cents anyway!

aye, i tend to gain more wieght in the winter, and shed it off near the summer pretty easy

Naturally your body will store fat in the winter to keep warm, also it burns more calories to keep warm, it's cooler outside and is easier to eat more so many use this time of year to bulk up. Pretty much what everyone said put into on post.
