    cardio

    is it best to spread the cardio throughout the week.

    at the moment i do 45 miuntes 3 x a week
    or should i do a a smaller amount every day ?

    It depends on your goals, How much fat you want to lose, and what body fat percentage you want to get to.

    It's the most efficient to do cardio after you've done weight lifting as most or all of your glycogen has been used pushing the weights. Making you burn fat much quicker.

    You could do those 45 minute sessions after 3 of your weight training sessions and possibly add 2 more 1 hour sessions on an empty stomach idealy in the morning.
