Deadlifts!
Hey guys just wondering when doing the standard deadlift with barbell, do you guys when coming down squat all the way down to about parallel or do you squat down about a quarter of the way with back straight? I hear different on this one, i think the sumo style is more for going all the way down with your legs.

No matter what you do you need to keep your spine in a neutral position. Especially since deadlifts are generally done with a LOT of weight, you need to ensure you dont start rounding your back. Real good way to involuntarily bench yourself for a while.
As for sumo style versus regular, I have heard that sumo style deadlifting (feet way far apart) is good for working the inner thighs. I don't know about all of that. I generally drop my rear down as far as I can get it with my feet a comfortable distance apart.

Here's some good form for you. Do them like this, with much, much less weight.

Dude, that video is funny. I've probably seen more poor form on deadlifts than on any other lift. Squats have a lot of poor form too, just because people want to shallow squat in the name of heavy weight.
