    Outer Tricep Head

    Best exercises for really getting that outer tricep head to come out? Mother****er used to be there but its gone into hibernation or something now.

    I do reverse grip pull down both hands and isolations.

    rope pushdowns - elbows tight to sides flaring hands outward at the end of movement...

    ^^agree and just regular pushdowns but lock and flex your triceps at the end

    If it used to be there and has gone into hibernation like you say it is more than likely a bodyfat issue.

    Hehe maybe partly but for real the thing is just not as big. Got injured during pct of cycle bout 1.5 years ago...lost a shitload of mass and just have had a hard time stimulating ever since. Cutting down fat and getting leaner and bigger every day
