hey, ill be starting my first cycle on monday of 100 mg/ml of test prop EOD for 8 weeks. the guy giving me my supplies wrote me up a workout routine, but to me it seems like theres not enough there to bulk. let me know what you think, and add or get rid of what ever is necessary. also, i do abs 2 times a week as well as 40 minutes of cardio 4 days a week..
