    Need bigger arms!

I just finished an 8week cutting phase and have lost more muscle than i ever intended to. I am about to begin a clean bulk and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on a good method to add some serious mass to the arms. I would love nothing more than to get my cannons back ASAP. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Do the big lifts, and do them heavy. By big lifts i mean the lifts that take more weight, like flat barbell bench opposed to say dumbell press. Or e-z bar curls opposed to doing dumbell curls. Do them heavy, reps of 6-8. This'll make ya grow.

    oh, and....woot 100th post

I do similar to this also, i replace bent over rows with preacher curls, all 4 sets 6,8,10,12 reps.

I sometimes do a drop set or 2 of preacher curls.
Bent over barbell rows are more of a back exercise, but my point was more so that they should be included in any lifting routine seeking "big/strong arms"

Are you sure what you lost was muscle or maybe they just werent as muscular as you thought they were once the fat was stripped off? I mean that sincerely, and speak from experience on this one.

You got to get into the kitchen. I saw a recent study noting the importance of eggs in relationship with your biceps(Mens Health. 2009)

Yes you will need protein for proper recovery, and eggs have a high BV. but nothing special about eggs over beef, chicken, tuna, etc. Foods cannot cause site specific growth, this should be common sense.
