    want to bulk

    reps 10.8.6
    i do back,chest (4 exercise each)
    bicep,tricep (4 each)
    shoulders,traps, legs(4 exercise shoulder,2 exercise traps and 2 legs)
    i do abs everyday and boxing for cardio 3 times a week 1hr30 every time
    i feel i can growm more but i cant find any help with a new one,,,

    i need a bulking program can anyone help me

    23 height 5'7 bf right now i think its 16 or less weight 197 or less my next weghin is in 5 days so im not sure im trynig to drop to 185 cut fat and bulk up muscle so right now i need a new way of training cuz the way ive been doing it its working but i feel it can be better ppl tell me more rest for bulking and different reps
