How much rest between workout
What muscle groups should be worked the same day. How many days break before working those muscles again. I am really sore and worked out saturday hard. My goals are to cut alot of fat and gain as much muscle as i can while on cyponate. I am also trying to do cardio everyday. Any ideas??

Yea if I were you I would focus on cardio and diet to cut fat. Lifting weights should be for building muscle. You can do one body part per week with high intensity and have a good amount of gains. Thats what I have been doing for about 6 years now. Recently i just started DC training which I REALLY LIKE. Go ahead and google "DC training" and read all about it and give it a shot.
But yeah diet and cardio are gona be what helps you with fat loss man. Good luck.

^^Did you see this guy is on cycle already?
So if i'm reading this correctly your running test-c right now and you don't have a workout program?
How much test-c are you running?
Whats your stats as far as wt. ht. and bodyfat?
Do you have your pct ready?
Well, I guess i'll just save my breath and tell you this. Do a 3 day split with Push/Pull/Legs. One each day. Hit each muscle group with at least 3 exercises. Keep your workouts at about an hour.

I hit my muscle group every four days. I do 3 on 1 off. Especially, if you are on cycle I suggest keeping the frequency more that once a week. THe main thing is to dial into what is working best for you. How long have you been training?

I gotta throw some props to FortKnox for the DC shoutout. I love DC training, I am currently in the middle of a good run with DC. However, I'm not sure I would recommend DC for meangene.
DC works best for athletes who are well aware of their own limitations and their own recovery needs. An lifter needs to know when his body is failing, and not his mind, for DC to be most effective. This only comes with a lot of experience lifting consistently.
Also, the DC program would be thrown out of whack when gear is used with it. I think it would take an experienced gear user to properly use DC with a cycle. When I run my cycle, I don't know if I am going to use DC or not, just because I don't think I will maximize my gains on cycle with DC. You can recover from more than DC calls for while on cycle

I adivse you not to neglect your lower body. There are great benefits to your overall progress by working legs. Sounds like you need to hit cardio as well. Make it a large part of your routine until you get to where you have your wieght under control. I am not trying to be ugly but I doubt that at the stats you quoted most wouldn't refer to it as stocky.
Good news is you can get there. Good luck.
