    Post your HIT workouts

    Im jus curious to see what ya'll are doing... i been doin a 3 day split HIT style.

    im really liking this and i jus seem to be getting bigger and bigger.

    3 work sets per body part with a 8 - 4 - 12 rep scheme. Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule.

    Workout A

    Quads
    Hams
    Calves
    Chest
    Shoulders
    Triceps

    Workout B
    Dead Lifts (Once a week)
    Back Width
    Back Thickness
    Biceps
    Traps
    Forearms

    come on guys i know alot of you use this type of training

    also post actual workouts... you guys prefer machines or free weights?

    are you doing workout B on wed. and work out A on monday and friday ?? not sure i understand.
