hey guys ive been working out diligently for the last two years, on and off mind you, i've noticed quite a bit of change in my body, the only thing that bothers me the most is my chest is still smooth, flabby and not cut up, everything else is great!! what is the best excersise, or excersises to get my chest cut and hard, its always soft, almost like a female breast, its pissing me off, mostly i do alot of incline and decline dumbell presses, i tend to stay away from flat... i use the pec deck as well, any suggestions? thanks in advance!
