    Please help

I am sitting at 205-209 and I cannot seem to shred about 10 lbs of fat. Weight is not so much a concern as measurements have to get this stomch down. I have been working on this for quite some time... I have used numerous cycles of Lipo 6X and Hydroxycut Hardcore...seem to have no effect on me.

    Daily Diet
    • Cal: 2500 cal
    • Fat: 40-50g (Flax accounts for 30g)
    • Carbs: 250-270
    • Protein: 210+

    Workout
4 day split with 2 days cardio
    • Mon: Chest & Triceps
    • Tues: Back & Biceps
    • Wed: Cardio & Abs
    • Thur: Shoulders & Forearms
    • Fri: Legs
    • Sat: Cardio& Abs
    • Sun: Off

I can list what I eat and the exact workout if requested...

Getting very frustrated...any advise? any supplements (legal) that can give me a boost (ex: Spawn or The One)?

Id up your total fat and protein intake. Add a extra fat/protein meal.. cals seem a little low for your body weight expecially with cardio in the mix.

or spread it out between 3 meals

your protein intake seems low... add 50+ more grams and the same with fat. Spread it out or just do another meal if you have time in the day.

Easy fix here, 2 days of cardio is the culprit. Bump this to 5-6 sessions a week and you will reach your goal.

Currently with my work schedule it is very hard get cardio in everyday with working out. Out the door by 5:30 am back by 6:00 pm. Workout from 6:15 pm thru 7:30 pm. Dinner right after and to bed by 10:00 pm. How much cardio are we talking (time)? Should I cut back on lifting and replace with more cardio?

No, dont replace weights with cardio(keep both). 30 minutes first thing in the morning will do wonders for you.
