I need critique on my back and bis...
BIC
4 sets 6 reps (heavy) Str8 standing curls.
4 sets 10 reps Preacher alternating narrow grip for 2 sets and wide grip for 2 sets.
Hammer curls 3 sets 15 reps.
dumbell curls 3 sets 10 reps.
reverse curls 3 sets 10 reps.
BACK
dead lifts 4 sets 10,8 6 4
dumbell rows 4 sets 10
pulldowns behind neck 3 sets 10
pulldowns wide in front 3 sets 10
Seated rows 3 sets 10
This is what i do and was just wondering if you guys think I need to tweak this up a little, all comments welcome....

My .02 .. 14 sets in one session for Bi's is just a little too much. IMO, I'd bring that number down to the 9-11 range.

yea it is a lot and I think your right . I might need to tweak it down a little.
