    Grrrr Abs How Hard Isit.....!

    i have been training my abs daily for the last month, seen slight improvement, i have flat abs which doesent help, i do alot of cardio, serious amounts and my body is 9-10% yet i cant get full time abs, can anyone help me out, give me new excersises? my diet is in check.

    mixed sit ups, leg raises, crunches, weighted crunches, cable over-head pull downs.... i do around 5 hours of cardio aweek at the moment, 80%+ bodyfat maybe single didgets, my abs are avoiding me lol

    if thats you in the avi youve got nowt to moan about lol. You seem to have all areas covered with the exercises, do you do heavy squats? i've found my abs have come on a bundle since getting really heavy, they work hard during squats as a stabiliser.

    You don't need to work them out ed. eod is plenty. Go heavy and keep your reps within yhe 12-15 range if you want them to pop out.

    Agreed. Treat them like any other muscle. They need rest to grow.
