    Nike Sneakers

    Just read about these Nike sneakers that are supposed to mimic the effects of squatting or dead lifting barefoot. Anyone think the difference that these shoes would create is worth it?

    No. Converse are the way to go for squatting/deadlifting. I'm sure they'll be much cheaper than whatever Nike has coming out, too.

    be sure to specify which converse...

    cuz they actually make many sneakers. even skate shoes

    so i know everyone likes the Chuck Taylors by Converse to do squat and dead in .

    Any shoe with a flat/hard sole will generate the best results

    i wear aisics wrestling shoes... great for lifting and feeling like your in ur socks.
