    back thickness??

heya. the picture i got for my avatar is a recent picture of my back and ive been wanting to increase the thickness between the shoulder blades and im unsure of some good workouts/ routines to do so. here is my current routine:

Hyperextension warmup, medium grip lat-pulldowns, stiff-leg deadlifts, chinups, cable rows.

I can hit the lower, upper and outer lats fairly easily but what will hit that spot effectively between the shoulder blades? thanks people.

Any kind of bent over row, seated row, t-bar row, or d-bell row in any variation of the grip or stance should hit that part of the back.

unless im confused as to the area you are referring to, that would be your trapezius and your erector spinae. there is nothing better than deadlifting for that imo. ok rack dl's too.
