well too narrow grip forces more tricep activity but shouler width is fine. incline smiths with reverse grip, this will really hit your upper chest

Can always change the degree of incline aswell. I really am a fan of 30-35% you will be suprised at the difference just a few degrees make.

I've yet to try reverse grip. How far apart should your grip be on these?

Incline smith reverse grip for chest??? I have never tried it but sure sounds like a tricep exercise to me.

I always go medium wide to target the chest more and disengage the triceps and front delts. Keep your back flat, but expand your ribcage out for a good full range of motion. I often visualize pushing my shoulder blades together at the bottom of the movement then pulling them apart as i go up and concentrate on using my pecs.

Bring the weight down slowly and pause for a split second at the bottom to expand your chest then push the weight up quick and steady

    Good luck.
