Do you do your cardio before weight training or after??

The setup you have looks fine to me. Cardio should be after weight training or first thing in the morning which I assume MM was referring to.

^^^ I was, it makes me cringe when i see guy's killing themselves with an hours cardio then their straight on the weights...
