Hey guys, have any of you ever experienced pain for days in your outer chest muscle from doing bench? I dont know what happened, was doing bench pretty heavy weight for 3 reps and the next day i felt pain whenever i would push on my chest like doing pushups. What do you guys think this could be? pulled a muscle maybe? its been a week now and still cant bench more then 100lbs without a lot of pain in my right pec. pushups were really hard to do, but getting better. Cant do dips or pullups either right now because of the pain i feel when doing them
