Power Cleans; How much weight
Hey guys - I'm interested in knowing how much weight you guys move when doing power cleans.
What I'm really interested in is - for those of you that do them regularly - how much you pclean relative to other exercises. So how much you clean AND what you bench, shoulder press, squat, etc.
I'm really interested in getting my power clean weight up there and would like to know how much is 'good' when talking about overall strength, if that makes sense.
Power Clean: 195lbs
Bench: 285 4 times
Shoulder Press: 95lbs d-bells 8 times
Do me a favor and if you do cleans regularly tell me the weight you push, and for the other exercises too.

I do hang cleans over power cleans. Feel more hip explosion with the hang.
Hang cleans- 315lbs x 2
Bench- Under 300lbs (Injuries/can't lift heavy)
Db Shoulder- 95lbsx5 (Injuries/can't lift heavy)

Hang clean 405
bench 575
don't do db shoulder presses very often but I can do 355 overhead press and a 340lb log.
I rarely do cleans for more than 3 reps. I follow a 3x3 routine when training cleans. I usually do about 355-375 for 3 on heavy days.
