I'm doing back squats or hack squats twice a week plus Romanian deads. Its a killer work out but sometimes my muscles stay tight for a couple days and it hurts when i drive my car for more than 30 mins. How Often do you guts dead lift?

LOL that's funny. I am sure there are a bunch of Romanian deadlifters out there, the Eastern Europeans do pretty good for themselves in powerlifting comps.
Myself, I only deadlift once a week. Granted I'm not a powerlifter and I'm not on cycle, so I don't feel the need to do it more than that. My back will be sore for a while after it, but I go BIG too. Sometimes I will cut other exercises short or switch exercises because of the soreness left over in my back from deadlifts, but I will never stop doing them. I love deadliftin'! If I could recover faster or when I am on cycle I do it more often.
I'm a powerlifter/strongman, I'm deadlifting right now once a week. Prior to comps, I only deadlift heavy once every three weeks but I do variations like romanians and rack pulls every week.
i know a romanian deadlifter. his form sucks though.
