    cleans?

I'm looking to add cleans to my routine, but I'm a little scared. I've watched several videos online and read about form, but I'm still a little unsure of myself. Any pointers?

Unless you are a competitive weightlifter and need to do them I don't see the point in doing a dangerous movement when there are so many other exercises that will safely work the same muscles instead.

    Honestly they look like fun.

They are a good compound movement that works almost every muscle in your body. Seems like a good thing to learn. All kinds of athletes do them besides competitive weightlifters.

Of course I want to learn to do them right because they can be dangerous if you do them wrong. If you do them right they are perfectly safe, just like squats or deads or any other exercise.

they are a great movement for functional strength but honesty I think they are risky for a bodybuilder.
