Bicep stretch
What excercise do you guys like to stretch out the peak of your biceps. Right now my peaks are pretty good, about where i want them. now, i just wanna make the peak longer if that makes any sense. I tried hammer curls, but they seemed to work more of my forearm rather than stretching my bicep. Right now i'm doing Gorilla hammer curls and they have been working pretty good. Just wanted to try some new excercises tho. Thanks guys...

I use a very close grip on the EZ GRIP barbell for preacher curls
works very well for my peak

wide grip on the EZ bar huh......about how far apart would you say?

Wide grip is great for overall mass, however, for your goal of increasing the "peak" of your bicep I would recommend doing very close grip on the EZ bar. Do it as a preacher curl.

No i don't want to increase my peak i wanna increase the length of my peak, if that makes any sense. I have good peaks now, i just want them more to extend from my elbow to my lower shoulder. I hope i described that good enough, lol.
