    training time while on

    I've always stuck to the 1 hour in the gym then out off there, but now that i'm on and training 2 muscle groups a day can i train for 1 and half hours.

    day 1 chest and shoulders
    day 2 back and arms
    day 3 cardio (running and rowwing machine) abs
    day 4 legs
    day 5 cardio (boxing 2 and a half min rounds 30 seconds rest inbetween)
    day 6 abs
    day 7 abs and calfs

    Why not do a 5day split(where you lift 5 days a week, with 2 days rest)?

    Exactly.

    Monday - chest
    Tuesday - back
    Wednesday - legs
    Thursday - shoulders
    Friday - arms
    Sat and sun - rest and/or cardio
