Training during PCT, light, heavy, to failure what do you guys do.

Seems that there are mixed ideas on weight training during PCT, some say stick to reps of 10, some say less sets and heavier weight to help keep muscle, some say dont train to failure because nat. test is low and corto is high, so what have you guys found to be the best rep/weight and set sceme for traing during the pct peroid.

Personally, I train with less intensity and don't go to failure. I think pushing yourself to the limit on PCT can backfire and have a negative effect. Not to mention, you're most likely going to lose a ton of strength.

agreed, pushing to failure on every set increases cortisol levels, which are to be avoided like the plague during pct
