Thicker abs??
Besides the diet being on point.. Will doing weighted abs make them thicker? or is it just genetics??
my abs need some thickness!

Abs are just like other muscles they will grow bigger if you train them with heavy resistance and heavy core training.

dont forget your deadlifts its the magic exercise for all around thickness

^^What these guys said. You should get some good thickness from exercises like squats and deads amoung others that you should already be doing. Personally I don't do any weighted exercises that target the abs because i wan't a small waist and a flat stomach. Prefer a V shape to an l shape.
For lower abs i do reverse crunches on a flat bench. 5 sets of 25 with a full flex at maximum contraction.

Do Front Squats bro, they work your abs like crazy! Also what I do is cable crunches super-setted with sit-ups!

deadlifts...I thought I was getting fat, but just realized it's my core growing...pretty sweet for being a skinny guy my whole life...
