    Better way to gauge progress

I'm not sure how to gauge my progress. Should i go by Size gain or Strength Gains. maybe i just dont notive the size gains.

I have recently switched to HIT style traing IE each Muscle Once a week high intensity low volume. and my Strength is growing weekly, therfore i should be growing as well in theory right?

well anyways im not sure how to gauge it properly so i want opinions.

One thing I always tell myself is, "nobody cares how much you lift when you're on stage or at the beach. They only care how you look".

My point is, don't worry too much about your strength, it will increase naturally if you push yourself every workout. The mirror never lies, so you should measure your progress based on how you look, and not how much you weigh. There are bodybuilders who are 170lbs ripped but don't look a pound less than 200.

I use size and wieght. I notice that my wieght can be a determining factor in my progress even when I don;t realize it. More often the not the wieght is a negative indicator that something is off though!

I've been told go for strength and size will come.

I still like the 12-10-8 format

about once a month on each body part i'll hit 10-8-6
