DOES P90x WORK?

If you have tryed it out let me know, I am wanting to get into shape, and get some abs.

Please give me a idea what it is all about!

Those types of programs and all other routines will only "work" if you are committed to your goals and discipline when it comes to diet and training. I suppose it is a good program for beginners but so is circuit training and having a nice split.

The people I know who have tried it are all beginners and after a few weeks decided to skip days which turned to weeks and stopped completely.

It works if you stay dedicated to the program and the diet.

I am on the 4th day of P90x and it is great but really pushes you and is only worth doing if you are going to do it day in and day out. You will get ripped and increase all areas of fitness with this program.
