    Post Losing numbers

    If your on a cut and your lifting numbers AKA stats start to drop what should you do ? When should you incress kcals. On a cut we all lose a little mass but how much is ok and how much is no no... ???

    You should be losing about 1-2 lbs/week, any more and you're burning muscle! Happened to me, and I had to adjust by diet! And strength loss is normal while cutting! Just monitor your weight!

    Monitor your bf% and pay attention to losses of lean mass.

    1) Reduce training volume
    2) Lose only 1-2 lbs per week (a good plan-weigh on empty stomach every saturday morning)
    3) Make sure that your blood sugar levels are stable
    4) take creatine and eat plenty of salt
