    Soft when flexed?

    My muscles (biceps) when i flex them they feel soft? They look big enough, but they feel like rubber or something lol. Why are they not hard?? Glycogen?

    IMO yes, the reason being the overweight people's bodies have more weight on them than a skinny person, thus there body has a strain on it 24/7 and has to become stronger to deal with this strain

    ever notice that overweight people(most anyway) have pretty big calves? this is from years of walking around with an excess weight on their shoulders(and around their bellies) and the body building up the calves to allow for easier movement

    this is just my opinion, but as i used to be very very overweight and noticed that i was stronger than my skinnier friends i think it is valid

    100% agree.

    Every time a guy show's me some nice calves, he is either still fat, Or I know at some point he was.

    It's why I hate fat people.
