    Angry I have no clue!

My progress has sucked ass for the past 2 months, I have gotten damnear nowhere slow! My old Routine was:

Back-Bi's-Delts (9sets each Till failure every set)

    Chest-Tri's-Stomach

    Legs-Traps-Neck

    Back-Bi's-Delts

    Chest-TRi's-stomach

    Off

    Off

    Which worked for about 4 months then progress slowed so i changed it to;

    Chest -Stomach
    Back -forearms
    Legs-neck
    Tri's-stomach
    Bi's-delts
    off
    off

Chest,Back,Legs, and Bi's I did 16- 18 sets Thinking that would help[ if i worked them harder...Now i feel like shit, tired every day no strength gains and im pissed all the time because i can't train hard...

I guess the Question is should i go back to my old routine with less sets but twice aweek? Change up this existing routine? Or completely get a new one? I want to work as hard as i can without overtraining...its very hard to get it through my thick head that less sets can be good also, any help on this would be much appriciated...

Just a though but maybe you need a short break. I hear you about the over training, I did it for years and it frustraited the hell out of me.

Maybe you could be over training? 16 - 18 is a lot of sets. Like I said take a break and come back a little lighter. Just a thought

One suggestion- dont do back the day after legs. It's easy to overtrain like this, especially doing heavy squats and deads.

What ever the split, 2-3 set per exercise, 3-4 exercises larger body parts, 2-3 exercises smaller bodyparts. Train each session only once per week.

    Aim for 8-12 reps.

From your current and previous split I think you we're training far too much, the body never had time to grow.
