    Incline Dumbbell Press 3x (8-10 Reps)
    Dips (To Failure) 2x
    Close Grip Bench 2x (8-10 Reps)
    Lying Tricep Extension 2x (8-10 Reps)
    Tricep Pressdown 2x (8-10 Reps)


    TUE
    Squats 3x (8-10 Reps)
    Leg Press 2x (8-10 Reps)
    Stiff Leg Deadlift 2x (12-15 Reps)
    Leg Curl 2x (8-10 Reps)
    Standing Calf Raise 2x (8-12 Reps)
    Seated Calf Raise 2x (8-12 Reps)

    WED-DAY OFF (cardio)

    THURSDAY
    Military Press 3x (8-10 Reps)
    Dumbbell Press 3x (8-10 Reps)
    Side Lateral 2x (8-10 Reps)
    Bent Over Lateral 1x (8-10 Reps)
    Barbell Shrug 2x (8-10 Reps)

    FRIDAY

    How many sets???? I thought you were going to start at 300-350mgs per week???

    OK editing the reps now ops
    i was hoping 350 for the first time . but i was so confused reading some say 300 some say 400 some say 500 no less . Being a Qv 250 from china i thought it might not be as strong as a good brand. if there is no diff 500 from 350 then il do 350 and get an extra week out of it lol. i did 2 shots allready of 1 cc , 2 shots i did never left me a mark or pain , so hopefully its even real lol
