    Cable Work & Chest

How much cable work do you do for chest?

My chest is massive enough but I think I need to incorporate a little more cable work to get that extra chizzled look.

    Routine:

    Incline DB: 4 Sets
    Flat DB: 4 Sets
    Incline Flies: 3 sets
    Cable Cross Overs: 3 Sets
    Decline BB: 4 Sets

*Reps generally are between 8-10. Once in a while I throw a few 6's in there.

i usually start with cable crossovers to get that stretch in. and warm the muscles up, get that blood flowing. then ill hit heavy db presses and such.

lately ive been putting the cable setting on the lowest and pressing out and up with them.... like cable crossovers but lowest setting instead of high and pressing with palms up instead of palms down. its hits my lower chest nicely and gets a sweet stretch in too.

could try doin your flies with the cables. i like how they feel

Cable flies are nice, IMHO alot better then DBs. At the top of DBs its really hard to get a squeze but its easy with cables.
