chest workout
my chest work is this 4 sets 12-10-8+warm-up flat bench, incline bench, cable cross overs, and dumbbell flys. I use to bench 315lbs for 4 reps, I can't do this anymore. I am 6'2 290lbs, help me?

Is your goal strength or mass?
I'd personally drip the cables and flyes and do some weighted dips. Also, dont forget to train the tris, lats, and shoulders if you want to bench big.

my tris, lats, and shoulders are in great shape, my goal is strength in the cheat department.

Might want to lower the rep range some.

Yeah lower the reps on the bench's. Try doing one warm up then 6-4-2
