Shoulders, Did I do too much?

Felt Real Good today. Lifted Heavy Just not sure if I did too Much.

Seated press 5 Sets to Failure (1st 2 warm up)
    ended at 205 3x

    Smith Machine upright row
    165lbs 3 sets to Failure

    Lateral Raise 4 Sets
    25lbs / 30lbs / 40lbs / 45lbs to failure

    Front Raises 3 sets
    30lbs / 40lbs/ 50 lbs to failure

    Standing Press
    155lbs x3 sets to failure

BB Shrugs 4 Sets to Failure
Increase weight by 50 lbs each set
    155lbs to start

I feel good. Just curious cuz I wanted to do more (DB Shoulder shrugs, Clean and press etc)
Just know I had to stop.

    Any opinions?

just a recommendation... do upright rows on a cable machine. i think you will find it works much better overall for the whole movement.

I wouldn't do standing miltary and seated military in the same workout, overtaining, imo.

or least change it up and use dumbbells for one of them. dumbbells will let you have a greater range of movement.

IMO , I think you need to leave the smith alone for shoulder presses and go back to dumbells . Yes you use less weight bet you do get better range of motion and will stimulate the muscles way better.

possible, you still have the correct form when you going heavier or you starting to get the whole body involved when you get real heavy? on cable machine, i stand perfectly straight and only my arms move. im sure i move a little, but i concentrate on not moving.

That's about as many sets as I have when I train legs...and that is quads and hams combined!
